Cholesterol Coach reviews

Five stars
If you really want to actively do what it takes to lower your cholesterol, this app can help you track your progress over time. You can keep records of your blook work, exercise, diet, smoking and other lifestyle activities that affect your health. If you are motivated to enter the data on a regular basis, this app will keep it organised, and show you graphs of your progress. Data is easy to enter, dates default to the current day (and can be changed with a flick of your finger). All in all, I really appreciate having this tool...bravo!

This app is very easy to navigate. It has really helped to reinforce what the doctor told me. The info section is particularly good – it’s relevant and easy to understand.
